Forge DV hose replacements

I need to replace my Forge DV hoses. Has anyone done this yet? Would like to have something more flexible. I believe I was the 1st US consumer to get these, and over repeated fiddling, the hoses have started to split on the ends and slip off the DV's causing problems.

anyone know what I should get to replace them?

I don't know what other hose to substitute them with, but if your looking to replace the originals with originals you can contact Forge and they'll send you new ones. Like $20 or something.

thanks, but I dont want original ones. I think they are too stiff and dont bend well.

Mr.5 is selling his forge diverters and they seem to have different tubing on them than the ones we have from forge... Find out where he got them from... If you could, let me know as well when you find out. Here's the link to his thread... http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179462

I found some tubing at Pepboys that was much more flexible but were not as aesthetically pleasing. I switched back to the Forge tubing. I have not messed with them so I have not had any problems with them coming off or spliting at the ends. Do you have a stock airbox?

EDIT: Just saw that you have the UR CAI......I found with my intake that bending the front DV tubing around the piping was not difficult if you have enough tubing to play with. The rear DV tubing had a straight shot back so that one was a non-issue

Looks like Mr. 5 probably searched for radiator hoses with those specific bends in them and then shaved them down to fit.

Yep those hoses were a perfect fitment but i sold them to a member here on the forum.
I did exactly what was mentioned.
I went into an auto parts store and went down the aisle sizing up and comparing.
Both hoses needed to be cut, but the end result was a perfect result.
there were no kinks in the hoses, and the rubber matched the other rubber OEM components.
