What's a limp mode? I have a boost gauge and it's reading around ~11-12psi so I guess it's working fine. Yes I am the original owner I bought it from Jeff at Autobahn (sp?) for $530 new recently.

By the way, limp mode is when the oil temp gets too hot and the car shuts down the turbos and limits the revs on the engine. You also get a warning light. The car goes back to normal if you restart the engine, but can happen again. Some owners of SSTT has complained about this (you can do a search of "SSTT" and "limp"). Anyway, it sounds like you've never had this problem. |
