Friend of mine put a full Borla BMW 335 into his 325 with minor adjustments basicly with the clamps

Sorry but josephkao is incorrect. It will fit either the E90 or E92.

Here's a link to the part # and description from Turner. Also shows what a smoking deal this is.

You can adjust the overall length by varying how much you slip the tubing together before you clamp.
