Dealers for software update 01/2009

I'm sure most if not all, read the post regarding the turbo lag in the General Discussion forum. Which dealership are going into for the update? Are you going to the original dealer which you bought the car from or another? I got mine from BMW of Bayside but was thinking of Rallye for the update.

What do you guys suggest?

if you have pre29.2 i would hope you decline the update

I'm positive I have 29.2. I bought the car CPO'ed and it was in the process of getting certified. I called the service advisor and I remember him saying that the car's software is being updated. This was back in Feb of this year (2008).
