yes they are for a 335.

Did these fit in the stock bumper or did you have to cut the bumper to fit the tips?

I had the rieger rear apron so it fit perfect. If you have an mtech kit you can make it fit. I have seen a few 335 with this set up on an mtech. To fit it in the oem bumper yes you will have to cut it to make it fit.

do you have to weld it on? im guessing no difference in sound... and lasty, what is the size of our stock tips?

I will get you more pics, when they come off tomorrow, yes they had to be welded.
As for our oem size, im not sure dude.
