Springs to coilovers = another wheel alignment?

Hey guys,

Im getting rid of my h&r sport springs and getting a set of kw v3s because i want to lower the front of my car more, plus want the adjustiblity. I wanted to know if I need to get another wheel alignment after getting the coilovers put on? I had one done after getting springs but I'm not sure if I need to get one again. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Eric

I think it's necessary to do alignment EVERYTIME you swap your suspension. I am 90% sure on this.....

I am 100% sure you need an alignment.

EDIT: just poking a little fun at yamazaho. No bad intentions intended!

It's not that agressive of a setup. Thats probably why.

Typically you should especially for your camber and the way your tire will wear. But that makes sense about the Eibach and FSD not to agressive.

Your car can be out of alignment and still track straight. You may notice increased or uneven tire wear if the camber is out of line so I would definitely have an alignment done to make sure everything is in spec.

+1 I agree with Nick. I did the Eibach Pro-kit and my car tracked straight as an arrow. Went over to get an alignment the next day, and the specs were all out of wack. Any time you make a change to the suspension get an alignment to be safe and save your tires.
