Are upgraded DV's really worth it?

I don't have any issues holding boost based on numerous datalogs i've done at all sorts of power levels (including over 400awhp)... Are these really useful at all? Will I see any other benefits?

They are only useful if your factory bypass valves aren't seating perfectly. Which becomes more of a possibility the more boost your run. And the more boost you run, the more important it is to make sure that there are no leaks in your system (in order to minimize turbo stress). So in my opinion, they are a good idea when running above 15psi. Cheap insurance for your turbos. A little leak, can do them in quickly at high power levels. Personally, I use Forge valves with the yellow springs. It doesn't make the car drive any differently (which is good). But it's nice to know that they don't leak one bit.

I have them installed on my car too with the yellow springs..I bought them because I read the reviews from Eugen...(haven't seen him on here in a while!!) They work awesome as far as better throttle response, but asthetically it looks awesome in the engine bay!

You know how the gray clips hold onto the DV. How reliable are these? It seems like the DV moves around a bit and I was wondering if any pressure will leak from this?

some dealerships arent friendly with any mods especially in the engine compartment. I have the black ones so they look OEM anyways.

You really won't feel any difference at all. There are better places to spend your money.

DV's are more to prevent leaks that may occur with your OEM ones, IF you're boosting more than stock 8-9PSI. otherwise yeah.. they don't give you any more power but it would decrease the chances of leaks.

Let me know when youre ready for a set! Definitely a good investment like everyone else said. I used Forge DVs in all the Audis I've owned and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Forge makes great parts.
