i left woodbury around 3am last year , but got home(edgewater NJ) like 10am in the morning. this year is much better. left abt same time, got home by 5.

waste of time to go IMO, lines are ridiculously long, the items there are crap (good ones are long gone), and its really not a bargin.

I went two years in a row and each year was worse than the previous. But its a fun/interesting experience to shop through the night

I went there last night....
stuck in traffic when there are 9miles remaining
9 miles tooks me more than 3hrs....
I saw an AW e92 m3 leaving when I enter parking lot about 430 am
I thought it's the same on that I saw on highway while most people stuck in traffic then he took the shoulder lane with and SG E92
will never do it again lol
some lines are crazy but it doesn't bothers me since I don't buy these brands..

My friend left NYC at around 12AM to WB. I decided not to go because I'm not in need of a new wardrobe yet. Always wanted to shop through the AM just for the hell of it though, never did before.

It took me about 4 hours, just to get out of the parking lot last year. I got into my car around 4am to leave woodbury, and I didn't get out of the parking lot until 8:30am!!!!!! I promised never to go back on Black Friday, and I'm sticking to that promise.
This year, all I wanted to go to was the Polo Ralph Lauren outlet, and I was able to find a Polo outlet with no lines..

I went during the afternoon on Friday. Found parking within 5 minutes. Lines were still pretty long, but not as crazy as the night time. Overall, found some pretty good deals.

Although I threatened two people that I would slice their throats. Not fun .

i got there around 12noon friday, and there was really no traffic, except that it took me 10mins to get into the parking lot. lines were pretty bad around that time for the more popular stores, and the discounts aren't that great either. they jacked up a lot of their stuffs back to original msrp prices and offered a 30% or so, but was still rather expensive for the outlet. the cheaper ones are always gone or the remaining ones were either xl or xxl. lol...

I drove there from my parent's place in PA so I was actually coming from a totally different direction than you guys... Parking was smooth, took about 15 mins to park (I got there at 1:00AM) and took me about 5 mins to leave. On the way back I saw lots of traffic though, some people will stay in line for A WHILE!!

Stores were horrible, did you guys see the line to Gucci????

BTW I don't mean to discriminate or anything, but what's up with all the asian people going crazy through all the stuff?? You guys don't play around!

there is a discount outlet in ct but never went there. Not sure if there are any goodies left at Woodbury. I was there a couple weeks ago and 2 girls were walking toward the bus to NYC with garbage bags filled with clothes.
