Ok here's the deal..i just got bak from getting an alignment done. My rear camber is beyond adjustable. My right rear is -4.10 and left rear is -2.50. The shop which is very reputable here in NJ told me i should get either a Camber Adjustable Rear Lower Arms kit or upper spring perches to raise the rear to balance it out. I guess over time the rear has dropped a little more? They check all components and nothing is bent or damaged! Other than that the car drives straight as an arrow any suggestions to fix this? BTW I have H&R sport springs on stock sport suspension.

Sometimes a bent rear suspension link is not visible to the naked eye.

i was thinking maybe one of the bushings went or control arm? and obviously if i go to the dealer it wont b covered due to my h&r springs..sooner or later i want to get coilovers to solve this problem..because the ride is horrible on my setup

Something is bent at -4.10 degrees. Hit anything like a curb or drive over something big? Those rear lower control arms are pretty cheap and seem like the would bend / get damaged pretty easily IMO.

The ride is due to your stock shocks, replace them and the ride will be fine.

Yeah something is deffinetly up at -4, a camber kit would help but you would probably just be masking a larger issue.

well i didnt hit anything serious it was more of me going over a ledge on the highway where they were paving.. but it wasn't even that bad..so obvious choice would be to replace the control arm first, but should I replace both sides?

Just the damaged side. Look at the suspected control arm closely, you may be able to see where it was hit.

would a bent control arm cause the wheel to cave in? because the damaged side looks like its more caved it than the left.. the left looks normal? so the control arm is connected to the bolt that changes the camber hence a bent control arm would throw camber way off right?

if there was something very messed up in the rear than the left side would be off to no? but its the right rear that is affecting the whole car pretty much..

If your one control arm is damaged and that is the cause then it really would not effect the other side. The impact may have thrown the other side out, but if the parts are not damaged you should be able to get the camber back in spec. I would just take it to the shop you use because without knowing for sure your just speculating what it could be, they should be able to solve this for you, if not I would find someone who can take a look and figure it out

I hope it's not anything more major than a control arm because that would really suck. Im hoping to get it checked out next week when I have a couple days off from work. But in the mean time I want to invest in a set of coilovers for the spring, I don't track the car or race just street driven. Looking for something that can stand the mean roads of NJ.Any suggestions??
