CD Player Just Croaked

So, I hope in my whip and everything is just fine. I am driving about 5 minutes when the music stops and my temperature rises. The CD display reads CD error, starts skipping and shuts off. My radio works just fine, only the CD player has stopped working. Has anyone else ever had this happen? Tried a search but no results. My car's 9 months old, was a September build 330i non-idrive. Any input would be appreciated. On a further note, anyone else ever taken their car to Herb Chambers BMW in Boston, they've got a freakin' 2 week lag for service appointments, what kind of shit is that? :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

CD with MP3s? maybe is the CD..are your CDs bootleg?
also...sept 05 ? or 06 ?
