hey everyone, I have a brand new macbook pro for sale *Sealed*, its identical as the link above.

I got this as a gift but my computer is working fine so I do not need one
I'd figure I would let someone on the forum have dibs on it

Retail price as u can see is $1,999.99 and with tax it will be over $2,000.

The price i'm selling it for is $1750 OBO.

As you can see, this is the newest macbook pro out.

wrong. student discount is $200 off MBP's $100 off MB's.

lemme explain to you imolazhp_ci.. the original price is 2,000 correct?

with tax thats $2165.

with student discount, itll be 1800+ tax. so that equals = 1948.5

my selling price was 1750 which is still 200 dollars less. then i lowered it to $1650 which makes it 300 dollars less.

so what you're saying doesn't make sense and you are just trying to find a way to get you're post count up to 1000.

Sold. However, I have a buddie who is selling the same one I had, sealed in the box. he regretted buying a mac and didnt want to open the box to sell.

If it's still sealed and NIB, why doesn't your buddy return it for a full refund instead of losing several hundred dollars? Sounds fishy to me...
