**Riss Racing**Tech Review
Hi all, I would like to introduce myself to the community. I am one of the head techs for Riss Racing and will be here for support and every so often a Tech Review.
I got a chance recently to take a little road trip up to Simi Valley to see Terry Burger. I had previous made my way up there a month or so earlier to install downpipes on his 135i and now it was time to install the exhaust. Our goal of course was to make world records. The install took about 1.5 hours on the ground and fitment was beautiful! With the new exhaust installed the boost numbers were able to go up. Before, the stock exhaust was creating too much back pressure to boost much higher than .96 bar (~14 psi). With the Riss Racing exhaust installed we were able to boost upwards of 1.13 bar (~16.5 psi). This of course was ran with 100 octane and was able to make those beautiful numbers you see in the dyno graph below 422.37whp & 430.66wtq. These numbers are incredible since this was all done on the V81 ECU and remailed diagnostically invisible. These results have and can be produced on the 3 series as well. Burger Tuning is definitely one to keep an eye on for great products and service. Please PM for any information regarding Riss Racing products, Socal mobile installs and anything else you might need. |

haha,
Yes, thats definitely him. The mobile install service we provide can be done in a driveway, home/office. Daniel installed catless downpipes/full catback system like this. As a trained tech, he's been able to install EVERY set of downpipes. Tunes, intakes, DDV kits, OCC, Etc. Something So Cal residents can certainly take advantage of! |
