Wait, I thought RR DPs are mandrel bent? At least I thought mine was, because I couldn't see any welds at ALL!

Like others have said, IT IS better than the ones you're suppose to get......Guess how I KNOW!! LOL

It looks like their catless, so I'm assuming that you already have a O2 SIM?

Slap them on and have some FUN!!

Do you have Rev. II V3? Or is your car one of the first E90s built?

I'm surprised that you didn't get a code thrown without a SIM.....

For the code that you got, did you make sure the O2 sensors are put back in their right places? Or is one of them loose when threading them back to the DPs?

I had that code thrown as well, but it was a short while ago, the dealership change a new O2 sensor saying that the thread on one of the sensor is stripped, and it's loose.

No DPs are made from one pipe... I think they mean that each individual piece is mandrel bent then welded together.

RR pipes also have that big dent near the turbo outlet of the pipe. This is with the v2 anyways, I think.

AR Pipes ROCK!!! They make XI pipes too!

I have Procede V3 Rev I, my car is E92 April 07 built, I have not get insufficiency code for 2 days since taking the O2 sim out

Im sure the sensors are threaded on tight but I will confirm tomorrow. Did the dealer replaced the sensor under warranty? Did you put the stock DPs back on? Im glad you had the same code thrown and got it solved so now I know where to focus on getting this resolve.

not sure if this matters and if putting the sensors in the wrong place will throw a code. on my car Black loomed o2 was for the front and gray was for the rear turbo. hopefully you dont have to replace the sensors because i would assume turning it in for warranty with Catless dp's would void it, to avoid that you'd need to put the stockers back in. i already did that once since my fuel pump went out. once those AR's go back in, they aren't coming back out. haha
