This should force it to reload the page. You can also try deleting your browser cache: Tools - Options - Network - Offline Storage - Clear Now. |

Do you have the most updated version of Flash? BMW's website won't work on my iPhone. They have a detection script which detects what kind of settings you are running and if you fail, they'll redirect you to a failure page.
It's either Flash, or maybe you have JavaScript turned off, or maybe cookies turned off. |
