GROUP BUY MIDWEST- Chicago Area

Anyone interested in getting in on a group ED buy in the Chicago area?
I got a few dealers willing to negotiate on the offer.
One guy in Missouri is already setting up a group buy for sept 06'.

I may be interested in ED, but I have a bunch of questions about the whole process.

Does BMW handle all the arrangements for airfare and hotel or do we need to do that?

Q1. Does bmw take care of hotel + airfare?
A1: Nope, but they do provide special deals through lufthansa ( German airline) and list of accomodations close to their pick up site.

I had a lot of questions regarding ED as well as ive never done this in the past and reading through the forums really helped. I have a pretty good idea of how the whole process works by going through the bmwusa page and this forum. Many members have posted up their trials and tribulations of the whole process. You might want to check that out, its really informative.

The whole reason i want to do ED is it'll save me some cash plus I have a international trip coming up with a stop over in amsterdam, which i'll switch over to munich.

Good Luck! Im thinking about ordering in early sept with pick up in dec 06'.
