Can this be fix?

if you get it fixed for free and you get a scratch, don't get too upset. But if you paid them $25 and they gave you a scratch, hum different story...

If you plug it yourself, no need to worry about scratches...These tires only lasts 20 to 25K so the plug should works fine if you do it correctly.

Did you go to Town Fair? I think that they would put tire newbies on the free stuff. Hope it's not too bad of a mark.
