What would an x-pipe do for my car ?

i have a 08 e92 335i and was wondering if i got an x-pipe wut wood it do for my car ? more agressive sound ? weight reduction ? hp increase ? any of these a possiably ? any input is well appreciated since i know nothing on this topic . thanks in advance !
