Tales from the streets: Don't Mess with a man's BMW

I am having dinner at the station when my partner gets a call of two guys arguing in the roadway. My partner responds and I drop my food and run for it. My partner calls out that he's on scene and I make it there a couple of minutes after. I see that he has both parties sitting on the sidewalk next to an imola e39 M5.

What had happened was the guy driving the M5 was rolling when the other guy blindly ran out into the street causing the M5 to almost hit him. The M5 slams on his brakes and the idiot who ran out into the roadway got mad and hocked a big loogie on the M5's hood. Well, the driver wasn't too happy, got out of the car, argues with the guy to clean the spit off. The guy declines and the driver who was 6'2'' about 250lbs grabs the other guy who was about 5'5'' 125lbs and proceeds to use his face to wipe the spit off of his car!!

My partner did not witness this but found the smaller guy on the ground wiping his face when he pulled up. Both parties stories basically matched up. Well, since it didn't happen in our presence we asked both parties who were already calm and apologetic towards each other if either wanted to press charges or not. They both declined, shook hands, and went on their way. When they were gone my partner and I were rolling on the ground laughing and we ended up using paper, rocks, scissors for who would write the informational report. I lost

Lesson to everyone. Don't mess with another man's bimmer!!!

What's worse is he could have been used as a human sponge and still get popped a couple caps.....

haha human sponge!! I bet what happened was instead of cleaning it, it prolly smeared it all over. I am surprised a five-five 125 pounder would have the audacity to do that though...

Yea, the shorter guy definitely had balls but obviously no brains to back it up. I did ask him why he stepped up to the guy he told me that the guy "scared the shit out of him" by almost running him over and that he was pissed.

I told him that what he did was mild compared to what that sasquatch COULD have done to him. haha he said "Yea, I didn't realize what deep shit I was in until my face was on his hood." lol..

We told the next shift what happened and one of my co-workers choked on his coffee haha oh man.. the crap people do...
