need help looking for wheels...

ive had my car for about a year now and i think its time my baby gets some new shoes. i know its winter but right now im looking and ill only put them on after the season is over.
this is what im looking for..something light (below 25 lb a rim) something that looks nice and clean( NO CHROME AT ALL LOL maybe if its a little lip) i like jdm type wheels but doesnt have to be
if anyone would like to help out or show me their type of wheels that meet my standards that would be GREAT!

For that range, I would consider the new Vorsteiner 1 Piece Cast Wheels which will be about $1400 for the set of 4 in 19". Here is a picture of the first release:



These will be available in a matte silver, matte black and matte bronze finish.
