DVD Player in Drive?

Is there a way to get around having the car in park or going less than 2mph to watch movies? I don't think I'd actually watch movies but I do the occasional road trip.

what year is your car? and is it a US model?
I have a 2008 E92 with Nav and it doesn't play DVD movies

Nice feature, I wish I had it. The lockout is probably linked to GPS so it knows your speed. I'd have to think this would be difficult to bypass.

its actually not that hard to bypass...there is a guy in my area that does it...even the dealership knows about it
