Offtruck Route

Anyone have any idea on what kind of violation this is?? A friend of mine got it for driving a GMC Savanna down an "offtruck route". Does a GMC savanna (with commercial license plate) be considered a "truck" ???

hows that my answer?? explain please? how does a commercial license make a car a "truck" ?? And where does anyone know where there shows signs of "offtruck routes" ?

once it has commercial plates you cannot go on parkways. Below the signs for parkways it says in HUGE letters, NO COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC/VEHICLES

OH, thanks. So no commercial vehicles on any parkways??? and is it ONLY parkways?

yeah its usually on parkways because of bridge clearance
