Possible lease swap?

Well, it kills me to write this but I have been thinking about getting rid of the car. Things have gotten tough so this is probably the best thing to do. Just throwing this out there to see if anyone is interested. So....

2008 E92 335xi: Black Sapphire
Black Interior with Aluminum
Steptronic + Paddles
Premium Package
Sport Package
Cold Weather
i-Drive with Navigation
USB (I POD Adapter)
Mods: 18" M6 Reps with Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D's; Kumho Ecsta SPT Ultra Summer for a summer set; OEM Front Lip; Painted Reflectors; Matte Black Grills; All Season weather mats

Paid: $51,870
Lease: 39 Month/15K Per year
Payment: $850
Current Mileage: 17,000

Car has been garage kept and is extremely clean. Been washed weekly (Just look at my posts in the wash/wax section). I have OCD when it comes to keeping the car clean! JetSeal and 5050 wax applied on a regular basis. Basically, my mileage is right on track with the 15K per year. Will offer some sort of incentive if any offers. I figure with the $3K plus in mods, that will help. I will post pics if needed but I think I have posted tons of pics already. Trust me when I say it is clean!

I would love to get another one, just lower payments. I can't imagine driving anything else. Best car, hands down, I have ever owned. Plus, how would I ever meet up with you guys? Maybe I will pull up in an '86 Trans Am or something? (First car I ever bought BTW) Hey, then I could buy your rims for it!

Damn, that sucks. $850 a month is hella steep, I say find a lease swap then go back to the dealer and haggle the fuck out of them. I plan on doing that in a few months when my lease is up. To bad there is no such thing as refinance on leases like homes

26 months remaining with 31,750 miles. That comes out to 1221 miles/month. I would throw in all the mods including winter and summer tires. All mods are included in the first post. There is also a $900 security deposit that you would receive after you turn the car in. I think it is around $500 to transfer the lease, I would take care of that also. So, you can add another $1400 off. If you have any more questions, feel free to send me a PM.

BTW Jay, I don't know WHY I am asking this since I want you to keep your car but, maybe you should also list your buyout price right now cuz it might come down to you selling it outright... that payment is just a deal killer right now

Buyout is around $46,000. Still a great looking car with a lot of mods. Spoke with Irv at motorwerks and he said this payment is in line with new cars. The residual is actually better on my car than a new one.
