Just debadged my car HELPPPPP
i just debadged the monster and when i did it left swirl marks and scratches
all around where the 335i used to be and where the 335i badge used to be there is a outline of the letters i used turtle wax polishing compound and that just as much as watching paint dry ...NOTHING HELP what should i use ![]() |

goto wax wash....thread to search. rubbing compound should work...Scatch X, I think was the name. GL.

How did you get, "swirl marks and scratches all around where the 335i used to be?" I understand the paint mismatch underneath, but how did you remove the badge?

Scratch X is crap, I will never use that again. If you have a buffer, you can use a cutting pad with some Meguiars Perfect it. The switch it out to a polishing pad with Perfect it and that will do the trick. If it's not to bad just use the polishing pad and Perfect it. Now if you don't have any of that you can try by hand but it's going to be a pain in the ass. I would just swing by a body shop and have a guy buff it out real quick I doubt they would even charge you. 3 mins tops for that job.
