Touch Up Paint

I ordered a tube of touch-up paint for my e90 (325xi) 4 months ago. The last time I called the dealer's part department, I was told that BMW NA is trying to build up an inventory of same before filling back orders.

Has anyone else encountered this delay? Four months seems ridiculous!

Bruce, you're still waiting for your Sonora touch-up paint...that sucks. Have you tried non-OEM but proper paint code? I think I have seen a few aftermarket solutions, not sure about that. I'll look around and let you know.

Up here in Canada I got my touch-up paint the next day

you can get IT from 'Ebay'~!!

That's what i did, and saved some nickles and dimes.

Try paintscratch.com the prices are not great, but I just got a pen kit for my SG Metallic using the paint code and the match was perfect.
