BMW has officially launched its seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Set to be available on every M3 model, the new transmission features oil-cooled clutches and promises to increase performance and fuel mileage while decreasing emissions.

Like i said before....any kind of Paddle Shifting or Tiptronic type transmission should be kept on supercar/midships only

DCT is awesome. The wife has it in her VW and it's so smooth and precise. Blipping the throttle when downshifting is fun too!
