Mmm I love the Judge. Someone in a car club I belonged to, owned a white one. It was CRAZY fast I'll never forget the sound that it made... mmmm

I had a 1970 Judge. Ram Air 3,four speed close ratio,3.90 gears,Decal delete, Early build car had the spoiler style from the 1969. A fast dependable car. I wish I still had it. The last of the muscle cars.

What's the provenance? Is it a recreation possibly? I haven't been keeping up with auction prices on muscle cars lately but if it's a real Judge, I don't think $29K is the price I'd ask.
Your pal needs to find out if it's real or a recreation. Does he think he's getting the bargain of a lifetime and have visions of watching it roll past the cameras at Barrett-Jackson with Alan DeCadenet extolling its virtues? If it's a recreation he'll want to know who did the work. Generally, with collector cars, you get what you pay for. Where the problems arise is on marginal cars w/o provenance that someone thinks they're getting a once-in-a-lifetime deal on. Caveat Emptor and all that . . . |

You guys were right. It's a fake Judge. I just checked into it further.
This same guy has a Trans Am.. not sure the year, that he is selling for $64,500. He says a lot of foreign investors are buying them and running the price up on muscle cars. |
