Samsung Bluetooth E90ers. report in please.

Ok, so I dumped my Razr V3 blk for Samsung SGH-D500.

Bluetooth is not working good. With my V3, it worked flawlessly.

now, its pretty bad. I mean it pairs up, but reception is horrrrible(actual phone's reception is strong, but bluetooth connection is VERY weak).

I also tried my girlfriend's new samsung black slider phone by t-mobile, its even worse with that one.

Can samsung bluetooth phone owners chime in?

I really hope software update resolve this issue somehow.

I have been having the same problem too. I have a samsung t-809 and it does not work, so depressing. I've called samsung, tmobile & BMW but no one can resolve the issue. In mine- the address book loads and everything is fine just that when you receive a call its soooo awful- sounds like robot cant hear anything. I might be switching to Motorola Slvr if I cant get the samsung to work.

Yeah, I tried SLVR and RAZR, they work really nicely.

Is it that Samsung phones have "cheap BT chips", or bmw BT is just compatible with other brand phones(non-samsung)?

I mean other than the BMW BT connection, using file transfer and such, BT on my samsung works good with everything else..

I might have to change the damn phone AGAIN.

Off the topic:

I had an old Samsung in 2004 - when you turn on the phone, it takes a few minutes then you will be able to use the phonebook. They may have used Microsoft Windows. Sorry, I still like Microsoft, but I am not a Samsung fan at all.

I have a Samsung A-900 (Blade) on the Sprint network and some of the features work for me. I can dial from the car, answer or reject a call, and hang up calls. However it cannot see my Address book, missed calls, or last dialed calls. It will also display the address book name or the number if its not in my address book when the phone rings.

I took this up with Sprint and basically got the deer in the headlights look from a store technician...

samsung d807

The phone seems to work fine with the BT, but the nav screen shows no signal bars.
