Aero lip is on! It took longer to warm up my garage than install the lip, easy stuff! The first tape pic I posted, 3M 03616, bonded pretty well, no chance of the lip moving anytime soon.

Pics tomorrow, the car looks funny at the moment, brand new shinning aero lip atached to salt coated front bumper...

This is what you really want. This is the same tape racers would use to install spoilers or heavy body parts. It costs around $50 but it is worth it. I used it to tape on a deck spoiler on my coupe and it has not moved or nudged for 3 months.
