Storage places for wheels in NYC/LI area?

I searched and didn't find anything, so sorry if this has been discussed somewhere already..

But are there places in the NYC or LI area where they store wheels? Or does anyone here use a storage place (that isn't too expensive)? My friend has an IS300 and is looking to get winter wheels, but he lives in an apt, so he doesn't have a place to store wheels.

He has all-seasons now, but they're not really doing well and he's fed up.

Thanks.

this is one of the things that sucks about living in the city! i had to rent out a storage closet in my apartment building, it's similar price to manhattan mini storage which is kind of insane for storing something that most people anywhere else in the country could just put in their garage!

So basically everyone in the area with winter wheels has a garage to keep it in or storage units in an apt (or under the bed lol)
