Engine light on again!

Has anyone started their car up on a cold day only to have the engine light go on (the half full engine light)?
It goes into limp mode and I can't accelarate, it's like driving on 3 cylinders.

I took it to the dealer last winter and they said that the throttle body was frozen so they cleaned it up and it was good to go.

This week I had the same problem again and all they did was reset the codes, but did not fix the problem. They said it should be ok now. They do not know what the problem is.

Has anyone had this problem????
