Not really -deals depend on a lot of factors; area and availability. Ultimately unless someone posts their actual sales contract, you can't verify the deal they really got.

I remember when the e92s just came out and people said they were getting like $300 over invoice. In Cali, because of the high concentration of BMWs you usually get some of the best deals and I know for a fact that none of the dealers were giving $300 over invoice when e92s first came out - not even on demos.

The real question is, was the OP happy with the deal he got? Usually threads like this are moot when the deal has already been made

Then you got a great deal. Driving a nice car makes a huge difference in this city of ours - and I'm not taking about 'status' - we all know that there are a lot of REALLY NICE CARS IN L.A. many of them much nicer than our bimmers.

This is the nicest car I've owned, and it may sound crazy but I'm more relaxed when I'm driving. The interior is quite, hands free is great, I love the ipod connectivity, navigation is cool (all 3 times that I used it) It just all seems to fit well for me.
