E92 Wheel Removal? Help

So I'm trying to remove my wheels to install some spacers. I lifted the car on a jack and tried to remove the wheel. I removed all 5 bolts and then tried to pull the tire off but it wont come off? Any ideas. Is there a lock I am supposed to remove? Does the car have to be on? . I didn't have the e break on. The car was off.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I have the typical e92 335i wheels (18 inch 5 or 6 spoke) thanks!( i think style 189. or 169 not sure.

The hub most likely has rust and needs a slight nudge to remove it. It happens all the time... no worries. I would give it a small kick.

Anti-seize compounds will help ensure the wheels don't stick to the hubs. Napa sells them...
