Cool carbon pads vs stock vs Pagid red vs EBC red/yellow

Can anyone pls shed some light if there is some visible improvement to replace OEM e92 335 pads with Cool Carbon (or any of the other mentioned above)?

It also appears that the company making Cool Carbon has gone out of business a while ago... is true?

thanx

The company is still around and has a new line of products. These are very good pads for street and track. They are only offering to high end German cars only now.

I'm not a pro racer but I am running EBC yellow stuff and I like them a lot.
They are an excellent pad for both the street and the track.
They're very dirty and squeak here and there but they bite very well.

+1 on cool carbon. Track tested and easy for daily driving.

For daily driving, I experience less dust and cold stop performance is similar to stock. The pads are quiet for daily driving.

On the track, the pads are dusty but what good pad isn't.

I haven't but the yellow stuff rocks!
The only negative is that they are a little noisy and they throw lots of dust (that's what the gunmetal wheels are for )

For the E9X 335i and M3 with stock brakes, we like the R4S pads for street/light track, lower dust levels than oem, and more brake torque.
