Battery Location

Can someone humor me and tell me how to get to the battery. I know it's in the trunk. I lift up the liner and see some electrical stuff but nothing that looks like the battery. I'm sure I'll feel like a nimrod once I see it .

The little tray to the right in the trunk. Look above it. You'll see a plastic finger screw. Turn it 90 degrees, and pull the whole thing out.

When I bought my first BMW this past December, I stared in the engine compartment for around an hour before I finally searched on here and through Google to figure it out. Believe me, I felt 100% retarded.

Well guess what, I did. I looked in my paper manual and word searched the .pdf. I could not find the location mentioned. I also searched the forum. It very well might be somewhere buried in thread, but is certainly not in a title. After about 30 minutes of searching, I decided to post. Thanks to a quick response, I had my information in just a few minutes.

I hope that satisfies you Your Highness.
