iPhone Discussion Thread
Hey hiya all,
Let's have a thread where we can all discuss things good, bad, and indifferent about our Apple iPhones. And on a completely selfish note, where I would love others to share fun applications that they find out about To start off, here are a few of my favorite iPhone apps. In the title I placed the link to the itunes store for that app, if you click it, they will come. Be warned, it does need to open itunes for that, though: Remote: Software that allows me to use my iphone as a remote control for my itunes library. I use this constantly, at home and at work. Google: Free google search software. Even has speech recognition, so you can use it in the car CheckPlease: I suck @ math, but this little app can tell me how much all my dead beat friends owe when we go out for a meal. Solebon: $5 solitaire game. They also offer a free version too, called Sol Free Solitaire. That one was so good, I coughed up the $5 for the full version. iGasUp: Will tell you the cheapest gas around where you are. It'll run ya $3 though. craigsphone: Best of Craigslist with you, wherever you go. That's comedy gold Jerry, GOLD I tell you!!! Dynolicious, PocketDyno, and TrackDay: All great car enthusiast apps. 0-60 times, hp and tq calculations. Enuff stuff to get ya into trouble on city streets Shazam: Somehow, thru alien technology this app will listen to a song anywhere you are, then return to you the name of that song. What will the aliens think of next? Soundmeter & Decibel: Sound metering apps. Made it so I can no longer use my trusty old Radio Shack SPL meter. Great for a quick calibration of my little crappy mix room. That's it for now. But, I am trying new apps all the time. Hopefully we can all get a nice database of useful apps.

No I didn't assume that. What I did assume was that possibly other iphone users/owners could discuss things related to that device. Please pardon me for trying to get a discussion going on a WEB DISCUSSION FORUM. In the future I'll refrain from bringing things up. Your smack down worked.
