Summers vs All Seasons / What month to change tires?

So this year's ski season has been a total bust, and I'm about ready to just buy my set of summer wheels and swap out my winters early. I live in Seattle where it doesn't really get that warm, and am wondering if I would be better off going with summers or all seasons? I know summers would give better performance, but I'm concerned that because it doesn't start warming up for a while, I may have to put them on rather later in the spring, and take them off in the fall.

So the question is should I go with summers or all seasons, and if summers, what months should I put them on/take them off?

Here's the average monthly temperatures for Seattle:

This is basically a preference kind of question. It really depends on how much your willing to deal with. Summer tires tend to take longer in cold temperatures to grip well and wont work as good in wet conditions. If it doesnt rain too much through out the whole year, i would say just stick with the Summers and deal with the rain for a short period of time.
