Throw it away, not worth it. They are cheap.

Yeah, better getting some good ones as the cheap ones are useless. I find the thick microfibre mitts are the best.

try a brush...get it wet if it doesn't work dry. then add soap if that doesn't work. then buy a new one.. i recommend micro fiber restore from detailersdomain. it's the best and two caps fulls does a whole load.. the stuff is super potent.

As long as you don't use a bleach you're ok on washing them. I was mine in the laundry and they work out great.
I don't ever let them get so caked with dirt that its impossible to clean either.

Also avoid any type of fabric softener or dryer sheets when you wash.
If it's worth your time, I normally end up doing a nice inspection of mine when they come out of the dryer, pulling off all the lint, grasses, or anything else that stuck. And they are the cheap Costco ones. Bright yellow helps you see the contaminants BEFORE you see them scratching your paint. |

some people like to boil their microfiber or just leave it in extremely hot water before washing it
adding vinegar during the final rinse cycle also helps make it fluffy and absorbent again |
