Info regarding KDS alignment
I am about to have new tyres fitted on the rear of my 330d.
I have been reading about having KDS alignment done which I think may be a good idea as my car is pulling left a bit. 1. I am in Woking, Surrey - any good, reputable dealers or outlets around me. 2. When tyres are fitted, do I still need to have them balanced and tracked or is this not needed with the KDS work? Very ignorant, please help enlighten me. Thanks |

You need to have the wheels balanced but you do not need to do anything with tracking if you're having a KDS alignment done.

I have just had a full KDS done at BMW Battersea... but the only reason it got done (as I think it is £295!) was I needed a suspension linkage replaced under warranty while it was in being serviced.
I know BMSport in Bexley have a very good machine they use for track cars and charge £120 I think. Just get your new tyres balanced and then book a KDS alignement... |
