At first I thought yes because it would be different, and I thought it might look good. (I personally like the race car look as well.) Then I saw the side of your car and realized the back end looks really short already. Just imagine that giant wing on that short end, while the front looks so long. That in itself might look weird. I would be concerned about the drag too, (read waste gas/slow car down,) but you already said your concern was looks only.
