Bluetooth Call waiting problem

Hello,
I have a problem when it comes to call waiting. When I get another call the system drops both calls even if I don't answer the other call. I'm using the T-Mobile Razr phone. Anyone else have this problem? Will BMW be updating the car's software anytime soon?

call waiting doesn't work at all for me, if I can get the first caller off the phone while the second is still on call waiting it will automatically switch over as soon as the first call is gone, but other than that, it's not slick

i had the system go entirely haywire this afternoon while i recieved 2 calls at the same time, system wouldn't answer either call and cut out the radio
it wouldn't accept my "no" I don't want to answer the phone.

had to manually get my phone and hit the end button a couple of times
