I'm looking for a dealer or more specifically, an agent, with expertise on the European delivery program. Im in the TwinCities area. Thank you much for your help.

Did a quick search. I see park place, motorwerks and sears imports being thrown around. If you stretch it to IL, these contacts came highly recommended in an ED friendy dealers master list over on bimmerfest:
