E90 320D '05 Reg - Squeek Coming From Engine When It's Started
Hi everyone
This is just started to happen. I've noticed it doesn't do it when it's dry/warm. Does it everytime when it's been raining, damp or cold. When the engine is started there is a short, loud squeek coming from the engine bay area. I am no mechanic but I think it could be a belt slipping somewhere. Can this be rectified easily by myself or does it need to go into my dealer. I'm out of warranty so don't really want to get ripped off by my dealer. Many thanks. |

It's probably a rat. Does it sound like any of these?
