One thing I notice about the tendency of throwing up the

Granted, if they would lurk a little they would eventually pick that up, but to some, (maybe old school types), these are still a little abstract concepts.

Now I would think a Lieutenant Colonel would have some idea. But hey, we all have off days. Just ask the wife, sometimes I have off weeks.
