I would probably go for the M3. I would never ever order a new car from BMW again. Mine rattles like hell and after 3 or 4 services they still can't fix it. Lesson learned, even if pay $50k for a german car it might still be built like crap. Inspect the hell out of it and don't but a car without driving that exact one for a day or two.

the m would be a test drive car or a lemon w such low miles or the guy who bought it lost his job or something. I guess if the price is right and you drive the car and double check that there weren't any issues then... i never bought a used car so...
