Help with license plate LED

I have an 08 e92 so the car comes with white license plate LED already, but I am looking for something brighter or possibly bluer. What are the choices out there?

Is it even possible to replace them? I haven't seen the OEM LED ones so I'm not sure if you can just take them out like the pre-08 models.

he has a point, bmw should make it easy and have all bmw's with a simple plug and play license plate led

+1 everytime I see a Lexus roll by @night wish my license plate LEDs look like that

Karbonwerke has some bright ones. Gotta spend $80 though.

^I believe those are for 06/07, but I have a 08.

So I guess no hope then??

Thanks but I have 08 and have the LEDs but they are not very white.....

Yep, now you with OEM LEDs are stuck :-( I have ordered these for my 07, it looks prefect AND it has resistor on them. Cant wait for them to arrive...
