Help Door wont shut!

So i went out and got in my car and try to shut it and it just slammed off the little metal piece that it latches on too. I tried locking and unlocking the door several times but still nothing. It just wont shut!!!

Make sure the screws on the latch (on the car, not the door) are tight.

I'll be honest, this thread made me laugh. You don't see 'Help Door wont shut!' on the evo forums.... just something very BMW or Mercedes about it ahhaha

The problem probably was a sticky door handle.
Happens all the time.
Slam the door and it just frickin bounces right back open

Door problems

maybe he has a turbo after market door.
i guess you unlocked it while it was open then tried it.
take a screw driver and make sure the lastch is in the uh... female position.

i got it all fixed. It was the lag...the female part on the door wouldn't open up until about 3200rpms. Turbo i got for the reverse hinge must be too big. Guess thats what you sacrifice for power.
