Do you mean just axle back? And is that because of the hassle of smog inspection and service visits to the dealer, having to remove everything?

The best one are the tolls to pay for a bridge that are supposed to be temporary but end up lasting in perpetuity.

Where the hell is there a bridge in OC? If you are referring to tolls collected by The Toll Roads Inc. you had better include all states where they have a presence then. Maybe it's your 85 days of sun every year that "clouds" your perspective?

Yea i guess you call it axle back. Basically any exhaust that doesn't change the emissions. Yep the hassle and dealer visits and because it's probably the right thing to do.

I haven't heard of results either way. Those of us who purchased our cars in CA don't have to get smogged for several years (longer than the 335 has been out). You're the first forum member I know of to come from another state and require a smog with that particular setup. I am sure many members will be interested in your results. Please keep us informed.

From what I have been reading, it looks like even if I can pass the sniffer test, I will fail visual inspection, so I guess it doesnt matter either way..
