Guys, I've been toying with the non-DD 2-19 stage 0 & 1 maps over the past month and seem to feel that stage 0 is more responsive than stage 1 (under the same UT settings).
If my butt dyno and the ease/extent of wheelspin is any indication, the extra torque from my stage 1 setup is more than negatively offset by the 6AT gearbox, which appears less willing to downshift given there's more torque in the system. Have others come across the same? Would be great for people with a real understanding of these maps to chime in. Maybe this is where CANBUS comes in--user-adjustable, map-dependent shift points for the 6AT platform? ![]()
