Best Dealer in Chicago (gives free loaners)

I'm gonna take my car in to get the little bmw symbol on the steering wheel replaced. I heard they have to replace the whole steering wheel airbag and have to update the car so I'll obviously be needing a loaner. Which dealer is the best to take my car to?

The couple dealers I have been to usually have loaners available in the morning. I recommend going to see Andre at Laurel BMW in Westmont.

Serious! Wow....I'll actually be staying in woodridge for a few days and was thinking i'd be going all around the city to get this taken care of, westmont's right down the street....i'll be giving andre a call first thing tomorrow morning and setting up an appointment for later this week.....thanx a ton guys!

+1 for Bill Jacobs, although in my limited experience with them, the SA's I've talked to are total douches.

SA's haven't been bad at all, just not as knowledgeable as i would expect

+1....Bill Jacobs has been good to me but then again, I seem to know a ton more about my car than even the service manager or so they lead me to believe.

Cool, I was just in the Lake Forest area and wound up making an appointment for next week at Knauz. I'll be back towards Westmont so I'll stop by Laurel and Naperville and see if I can get an appointment and sooner....
