Great news, the N54 is definitely in HPF's future for a turbo upgrade kit.. direct quote in an email from David Nguyen of HPF:

"We will do the N54 engine eventually"

Start saving up! This is gonna be crazy

Correct me if im wrong, but i read somewhere the 335i inline6 motor is actually the same one from the e46 m3, just shaved off the .2 liters and made it 3.0 flat. I dont know if that makes a difference or not but I think it should not take too much effort to get good amounts of power out of the 335i. Also almost every bmw car in the past i know of has had a strong motor, regardless of ///m or not.

Isn't the major difference that the e46 has an iron block and 335 has aluminum right?
